NetAdminX
What is NetAdminX?
NetAdminX is a network operations platform for MikroTik provisioning, SNMP monitoring, smart ticketing, maps, racks, WAN connections and PowerTXT management.
Who is it for?

Can I use it on-premises?

Is NetAdminX free?
NetAdminX is free for up to 3 devices. Subscription pricing for larger deployments will be published later.
Does it include Starlink and PowerTXT management?
Yes. NetAdminX includes WAN connection management covering Starlink, and PowerTXT management.
What can I monitor?
Monitor device and interface status with SNMP, review traffic rates, and use ping monitoring to track availability, latency and packet loss.
XGate
How is XGate different from NetAdminX?
NetAdminX helps your team operate the network. XGate provides secure remote access to private networks from Windows devices, using Microsoft SSO, device verification and WireGuard.
Which download should I choose?
For a single Windows x64 PC, download the Windows Setup ZIP and extract XGateSetup.exe. For managed deployment, your IT team should download and extract both MSI ZIP packages.
Can IT deploy XGate silently with Group Policy?
Yes. Deploy XGate-Prerequisite-x64.msi first and confirm installation before assigning XGate.msi to computers. Computer-assigned MSI installation runs silently at startup. Two independent assignments do not guarantee prerequisite order.
Does setup install WireGuard?
The manual XGateSetup.exe installer installs WireGuard when missing. For direct MSI deployment, install the prerequisite first.
Why are the downloads ZIP files?
The installers are packaged in ZIP files for website delivery. Extract the EXE or MSI before running it or adding it to Group Policy.
Why do I need XGateUsers membership?
An administrator must add your Windows account or approved domain group to the computer’s local XGateUsers group. Sign out and back in after the change so the new permissions take effect.
Can I upgrade directly from XGate 1.0.3?
Older installations require migration. Contact NetAdminX before uninstalling or upgrading so existing VPN settings can be preserved.
